1.6 kg of meat was not covered by the dredge and needed a second, separately calculated batch of seasoning mixed on the spot.

NOTE · RESULT Dredge volume is the binding constraint

The spice was scaled correctly by weight and still ran out by volume. Everything from batch 5 onward sizes the dredge for coverage.
