Lao Gan Ma peanuts in chilli oil

A Guizhou chilli crisp with fried peanuts. It holds soybean oil, chilli, peanuts, MSG, sugar and Sichuan pepper. The solids are already fried until almost dry. Add it off the heat: more heat makes them bitter, and steam makes them soft. It is not the same product as the Lao Gan Ma with fermented black beans.
