Sourdough bread

Bread raised by a culture of wild yeast and lactic acid bacteria, not by baker's yeast alone. Bread holds 450 mg to 600 mg sodium in each 100 g. It does not taste salty, so it is easy to miss when sodium is counted. Serve it at the side rather than under a dish: this makes the amount a choice instead of a fixed part of the recipe.
