Lemon juice

Juice squeezed from lemons, at about pH 2.3. The acid is mostly citric acid. One lemon gives about 30 ml. Squeeze it to order. The fresh aroma fades within an hour, and bottled juice has none of it. The whole fruit has its own record, Lemon, for when the peel is used.
