Grana Padano

Hard Italian cow milk cheese, aged 9 months or longer. It is similar to Parmigiano Reggiano but younger and milder, with less free glutamate.\n\nParmesan replaces it at the same weight. Parmesan tastes stronger and more savoury.\n\nGrate it fine so it melts into a sauce and does not form lumps.
