Hinged braai grid

Two wire grids joined by a hinge, which clamp the food between them. You turn the whole grid, not each piece. It can also stand upright beside the fire, so the food cooks from the side by radiant heat alone. In that position fat runs down and away from the coals, so it does not flare.
